Bo Håkansson, Chairman of the Board, B.Econ, with an Honorary Doctor of Medicine from Lund University
Bo Håkansson is an experienced entrepreneur with extensive knowledge in management, strategic business development, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions. Other board appointments: Chairman of the board of Biolin AB and member of the board of Genovis. Member of the board of directors of “South Swedish Chamber of commerce and Industry” and “Lund Institute of Economic Research”.
Hans Göran Arlock, B.Econ
Hans Göran Arlock has many years of executive experience with Svenska Handelsbanken AB and is former vice president of Securitas AB. Arlock has worked closely with innovative start-up companies, supporting their management in finance and business development issues over the last 15 years. Other board appointments: Chairman of the board of Genovis AB, Micardo Consulting AB, Arlock Consulting AB and Akita Center in Sweden AB.
Lars Edenbrandt, MD, PhD, Professor
Lars Edenbrandt is Professor in Clinical Physiology and Nuclear Medicine at Gothenburg University and also works as consultant at the Malmö University Hospital (UMAS). He is leader of the Lund University Research Programme in Medical Informatics (LUMI). The LUMI network is an organization for the co-ordination of research in the multidisciplinary field of medical informatics at Lund University. The long-term goal of the research is to develop decision support systems, which will be capable of providing aid in clinical decision-making. The LUMI network currently involves approximately 20 faculty members, five to ten PhD students and 20 associate members (engineers, technologists, a research nurse, etc).
Bengt Ekberg, management consultant
Bengt Ekberg is chairman of the board of Augmenta Venture Partners AB, Provisa Information AB and Ljud- och Bildskolan AB, and member of the board of several small and medium enterprises. He is also former vice president of Nobia AB, and former managing director and chairman of Retriever AB.
Fredrik Herslow, management consultant
Fredrik Herslow, CEO of F. Herslow & Partners, was corporate treasurer of KABI in the late 1980s, and of the SAAB Automobile Group in the early 1990s. In 1994 Herslow was appointed president for Nova Medical Calab. In 1999 he was appointed president and CEO of Wilhelm Sonesson. Herslow joined the board of directors at WeAidU in Europe AB in 2006. He is also a member of the board of directors of Brimstone AB, TFS Trial Form Support International AB and Triple Promotion AB.
Olof Jarlman, MD, PhD
Director of the Lund University Research Programme in Medical Informatics, and head of the Department of Radiology, Hässleholm Hospital, Hässleholm, Sweden, Olof Jarlman is Associate Professor in Radiology at Lund University. He is president of the Swedish society for e-health and telemedicine (SEHT) and former general secretary of the Swedish Society of Radiology. Other board appointments: AF-Borgen AB, Stiftelsen AFB.
