EXINI Diagnostics was founded in Lund 1999, Sweden, by Professor Lars Edenbrandt, a leading expert in clinical physiology. The result of the research generated by Lars Edenbrandt and his research team was transferred into a comprehensive decision-support system.
Today, the company’s products are all based on expert knowledge of medicine, image analysis, handling of large databases and artificial neural networks. EXINI Diagnostics has developed a CAD-technology based on a unique image analysis. This is can be uset to examine images of heart, brain and whole body bone images taken with a gamma camera. The software interprets the results and presents a diagnosis as a second opinion. The diagnosis raises the accuracy up to 95 percent, and is based on image analyses made by leading experts. The software contains an integrated report module and can easily be integrated into the hospital’s administrative system. It works as a digital diagnostic support system for the physician.
